Can be worn in three fabulous ways!
1. As a tie on bustle skirt.
2. As a shrug with ribbons taken under the arns and tied at the back.
3. As a capelet, over the shoulders and tied at the front.
When worn as a bustle and tied fully closed the waist measures 24" but it can be worn with a space at the front, as seen in the picture and so with a 30" waist there will be a 6" space at the front etc.

Waistband is a wide satin ribbon which ties on round the waist and is easy to remove on stage for all you burlesque ladies out there!
Round the side and on the back are the sexy layers of ruffled vintage style lace with cream and pale golden striped silk.....true vintage style opulence!

Gathered, ruffled cream lace edges the silk frills and give great volume and a bustle like appearance at the back.
Beautiful satin ribbons and pearls float down from each hip.!!
