Gingerbread Primitive Mousepad-Handpainted

I have handpainted this adorable mousepad with a Marie Provost design of a ginger,saltbox house,pear,and sheep. I first basecoated the mousepad black and then painted the inside of the design an antique white. I further distressed it by sanding to allow some of the black to come through the background. I then added 4 stars to the corners giving the mousepad an appearance of being a framed photo.
