I have crafted this hair snood using a vintage pattern from 1942. It is made from smooth acrylic yarn that is hand washable. It has a matching grosgrain ribbon at the top which is pinned on so it can be removed if you prefer.
This snood is a one size fits all item. It has elastic that runs through it for an custom fit. A couple of bobby pins are recommended to secure it to your hair. You can achieve a different look, depending on the length of your hair. If you have shorter hair you can use a hair rat to give it a fuller look.
