There is some general wear to the phone and a couple of smudges of clay or paint on the handset & on back of the receiver (see photo). The yarn/string cord is in very good condition with no fraying.
At it's widest, the base measures about 4 3/4". The handset is about 7 1/2" long and the phone (including the handset) stands about 4" tall.
