Vintage 1970's suede cape in alternating navy and tan panels with a cute tulip flower motif. Slits at the side to put your arms through, and snaps up the front. Unlined with no label. Will fit most sizes, but recommended for a US 8 or smaller to have sufficient room for movement. Shoulders are not completely defined, but will sit correctly on 15" and smaller shoulders.
