Imagine this Handmade Upcycled Mason Jar Chandelier hung at the reception of your wedding, your back yard, or hung over your outdoor table on your porch.
I designed this chandelier using all found and salvaged pieces. The wooden rack was once a jewelry holder. The Mason jars were used for canning. The chain, eye bolts,wire, and beaded prisms were all saved pieces, waiting to be given a new purpose. I added the eye bolts and pieced the chain together, so that it is sturdy and ready to support the weight of the jars. It all hangs from a "S" hook.
With this order you will get an assortment of 9 clear Mason canning jars, with different markings. They are recycled glass canning jars. I have added wire hangers, so they are easy to hang. I will include 6 new flame-less battery operated Candles, that I used in the shorter jars. I personally liked the look of the real candles too, so I will include 3 tea lights candles for the larger jars in the center. You can experiment with different candle options, to see which ones you like best or fit your situation. Add larger and longer burning candles for longer hours or usage.

*Wooden hanger with metal hooks, gold chain, and eye bolts. This piece has the original stain and finish. I wouldn't suggest leaving it out in harsh weather conditions so that it effects the finish.

The height of the total chandelier, with jars hanging is about 31" from ceiling to base of jars.
This weighs about 14 pounds all together, so you will want to consider this when hanging, to make sure you have a strong supported place to hang it.

There are many ways you can personalize the Mason Jar lanterns to fit your own design needs. You can add colored or plain sand, glass pebbles, or rocks, or add a little water in the jars and float tea light candles.
