Keishi Pearl Bib Necklace on a Silk Ribbon, Brown Bronze Pearls, Adjustable Length, Summer Fashion, OOAK. This unique keishi pearl bib necklace in neutral coffee liqueur brown with a hand dyed silk ribbon can be worn short, long or somewhere in between-going from the boardroom to the dance floor. The neutral color will look great with jeans or a suit, and the handmade, artisan dyed ribbon has a gradation of warm and cool browns, bright gold and dusty orange. Clustered in front, the 3 strand pearl focal point is 9 1/2" long and drops 1" . The 3 tiers of keishi pearls are mixed with metallic finish tiny czech glass beads and patterns of rice pearls in the same bronzy color. The Keishi pearls are such organic shapes and forms, this necklace almost feels like it was found in its' present form somewhere out in nature. It wasn't, of course, because I selected and assembled all the little parts that come together and give this rich, textural effect.

Strung on heavy silk beading thread, the ends are knotted to tiny oxidized silver rings which connect to two larger oxidized rings. These larger rings provide loops through which the artisan made, hand painted silk ribbon is threaded.

This piece is so adjustable--maybe you'd like it with a bow tied on the side to wear with business wear, and worn as long as it goes (up to 28" with the ribbon doubled; longer if the ribbon is simply knotted to the loops. It even works as a choker at, perhaps 15 or 16".
