This garland is crafted from yarn and plastic gum ball charms. It measures 5 feet in length and has 11 handmade pom poms, 3 vintage smiling clown heads and 4 bright plastic rifles. Contains multiple colors; red, pink, navy, yellow, chartreuse and white.
