Sizing: This thermal is best for women or girls around 100 lbs. I'm a US women's size 8, 140 lbs., 5'9", 34DD and wear the size L. When I am closer to 150 lbs, I prefer to wear the size XL. I dry mine in the dryer each time (I love this shirt so much I rotate wearing 3 different ones) and the shirt tightens, the sleeves become fitted, etc. By the end of the day after wearing it, the sleeves, cuffs, and torso become more loose, but that's ok, as I know that it will tighten up when I wash/dry it again, much like with my favorite jeans.
