The Valentine beauty is made from 3 handcut hearts, delicately sewn to Fancy Felt, then doused in Ruby German glass glitter. It's unforgettable & absolutely glamorous! You will receive the Heartlette Crown with an elastic band, but it can be made with vintage ribbon ties, upon request.
Please note that German Glass Glitter is made from a lining of pure silver, underneath real glass shards. Also, this item is not meant for child's play, as it is made with real glass, and is intended for grown-up decoration only.
