like all my other floursacks, it is made of a sturdy cotton fabric that i batiked and dyed by hand. i batiked bamboo leaves onto this long narrow towel. i dyed the unwaxed parts of the towel a very pale shade of my blue-ish gray kohlrabi green.
my floursacks are great for table decor or as hand towels.
you can machine wash, dry and iron this towel with no troubles. it gets softer and more absorbent the more you use it. custom orders for floursack towels are also available. you could order a fava-green towel with a different pattern, or a seedlings floursack in a different color. convo me for details.
