For those moments you don't want to miss...Whimsy Wendy is pleased to offer this tulle tutu that can easily be rinsed off to be used again. (My handy sink sprayer works great!)
This unique skirt offers four layers of tulle fabric and is encircled with a soft, yet wide, elastic band which allows even the littlest ones to put it on by themselves.
Available colors include: ecru, white, hot pink, light pink, red, shrimp orange, sherbert orange, light yellow, pear green, citrus green (almost neon), royal blue, aqua blue, purple, lilac, chocolate brown and black.

A NOTE TO TUTU BUYERS: All of my tutus are stitched together... NOT knotted like many other versions you'll find. This ensures durability and quality. Additionally, on most of my tutu edges, I sew a trim of coordinating ribbon for a beautiful finished look.
**My tutu fabirc is manufactured in the USA. This is very important to note, because my tulle is nylon, not polyester. Because it is manufactured in the USA, it has to pass very stringent quality tests and the federal government recognizes this nylon as being inherently flame retardant. Polyester tulle is sometimes treated to make it flame retardant, BUT the chemical used may be a carcinogen, and potentially more harmful than the flame itself.
