This easy to fill hanging seed feeder is made from all reclaimed & recycled materials. Wood compliments of my friend Charlie. A bigger, heavier version of some of our others. One of my favorites and very pretty.

This covered feeder features a roof to keep your seed dry and is made from old lumber. The feeder has brass link chain affixed to two vintage porcelain and brass drawer pulls on either side of the feeder for hanging. They are similar but different sizes. The chain is attached to a brass ring at the top.

I attached an old ornate drawer pull to the front and a brass drawer backplate piece to the back side. The roof pieces are abutted so that one side is shorter than the other which allows for an easy fill.

A reclaimed aluminum window screen was cut and stapled to the bottom to hold your seed. Wood strips from same wood were cut and tacked over the screen.
