Trilobites were marine arthropods that became extinct 250 million years ago:

emburr.etsy.com made this wonderful clay button, in cream & blue. The blue is nicely complemented by the blue tiger's eye (also known as hawk's eye) & the larvikite (also known as black labradorite).
I made the necklace using a lightweight hammered sterling silver chain, sterling silver wire & a sterling lobster clasp. The necklace is almost 49 cm (about 19 1/2 inches) long; a 5 cm (2 inch) extender chain can be added at no additional cost if you ask. The trilobite button is 4 cm (a bit more than 1 1/2 inches) long.
