This heart garland has been cut from 1/2" rough pine plywood. It is sanded lightly and painted in distressed fashion. The large heart and smaller hearts have been decoupaged using mod podge and scrapbook paper. Each heart is joined with a piece of 19" gauge black wire. Homepsun and gingham fabrics have been tied in between the hearts. The ends have been twisted to form a circle so it's easy to hang across your fireplace mantle of my favorite spot: my large pegboard!
Scrapbook papers will vary from the above photo but remain similar.
Measurements are approximately 30" long. The large heart measures almost 11" high.
