A fellow Etsian has graciously shared with me that this is originally a Polish Highlander belt. There is a hidden pocket/ flap tucked underneath the buckles with a Polish inscription that reads "Dia Pana..." or "For Mister...", see detail photo.

Composition: Leather, metal
Condition: Great for it's age! This belt has been cleaned and conditioned.
Condition Notes: Just missing two metal discs. Natural marks on leather consistent with wear.
Color: Brown, less reddish than photos show
Dimensions: Leather body is 42 long x 7" wide. When closed, the belt overlaps in front and the waist measured along the center of the belt measures 32-35".
