Of course it also has that great, authentic rustic look. Along with that look come some imperfections, of course.
As a whole, this crate just sits a bit crooked. The sides are not all even with each other or perfectly level along the top. There are some minor chips and scratches, as well as some drips of paint and other marks.
It is, however, still pretty sturdy. Due to that and its rope handles, it also still a very functional piece.
One of the ends has a a NOTICE regarding compliance with tobacco regulations. Another favorite detail is the equation printed at the bottom of that notice.
