The Schoenhut Co. Lamb you see here was made in the 1800's relying on the time-honored popularity of nursery rhyme characters.The lamb is made of composition, wood and strung together with string. Measures 7 1/2 inches long and 6 inches high in wonderful condition being 121 years old. Brilliant craftmenship and attention to detail make this sought after toy a real treasure for the seasoned collector. Please look the name up on the off chance one is listed. You will then see that they rarely are sold for less than $600.00 I am asking much less. They are very rare and desirable .
