Fabric: Rayon and/or poly blend (no tag, this is my estimation)

This is a 1980s dress from Nicole Miller, designed like a 40s dress. If you ever seen women dancing in movies from World War II , this is one of those dresses. I can see it with a pair of socks and a platform shoe. There is a matching fabric belt, but any belt can be used if you want to change it up a bit. (Belt in pic not included)
There is a back zipper that measures 18 inches and starts about 4 inches from neckline. The hem of the dress is a rolled edge and is somewhat uneven, designed that way. It is full and will twirl when moving. The fabric does not have any give. It is, I believe, rayon. The waist fits to the waist and has belt loops. The dress "drops" from the waist to then form the "skirt" part of the dress.
The colors are yellow, orange, pink, red, green violet on a black background. The sleeves are inset and there are no seams at the sleeve/shoulder line. There are shoulder pads, as this is an 80s style that I am leaving in place but can easily be snipped out.
Measurements:
Length: 44
Bust: 38
Waist: 28
Hips: Free
Shoulder to shoulder: 15
Sleeve length: about 7.5
