It is a beautiful teal-blue spice jar set with a matching kitchen holder.
The holder can hang on the wall, or sit on top of a counter or shelf. The holder is marked to hold paper towels and wax paper, but you could also put tin foil or plastic wrap instead.
There are 11 spice jars all labeled with white lettering (stickers) which are still in good shape, but have discoloring on some of them. Each jar has a cork lid that fits snugly into the top. The inside of the jars are a bright silver color, and some of them still have the smell of the spices that once occupied them.

Holder is 7" tall and 13 1/4" long, and 5.5" deep
The holder and jars are in good vintage condition, but do have some scratches in the paint, and a few small spots of white oxidation on the jars (see photos).
