The heart is about 1 inch long and a half of an inch wide. 3cm long overall and 2 cm wide. This is the smaller version of my original anatomically correct heart. This piece is even more subtle. It's a good choice for people who like to wear multiple pieces together, but it's also a nice stand alone conversation detail.
This piece comes on 18 inch black gun metal chain with clasp. It comes wrapped and in a cotton lined box.
