This elegant, simple mini topper was made to accompany a dress by Blasphemina's Closet for her fall 2010 collection, "The Emerald Revue". It has traveled from Seattle to Minnesota, where it was shown in an art gallery fashion show at the Minneapolis College of Art & Design. From there, it visited Teslacon, the first steampunk convention in the midwest! After that, both this hat and the outfit flew to NYC to be shot by photographer Romolo Celli.

Made of softly muted green moire, with a band of fun striped cotton, trimmed with a smart red vintage buckle and a swath of red veiling. This hat I love because it's very specific, matching the outfit perfectly, yet it can still go with many other things.

As this hat is a show sample, it is being sold at a 50% discount. It will be shipped to you from Minneapolis by Samantha Rei of Blasphemina's Closet, who has 100% positive feedback in her Etsy shop.

Professional buckram and wire construction, entirely sewn by hand.

Hat is about 8" tall.

Secures to the head and hair with a discreet black elastic band that can be hidden by your hairstyle.
