I have made a slightly a-line, knee length skirt w/ a modern twist of a yoga waist band made from super stretchy rayon lycra.
I have sized this as a small but you should go by measurements for the best fit.
Waist - 26"-34"
Hip - up to 36"
Overall length - 23" (yoga waist could be folded in half to shorten the length by about 2"). (I can also shorten the hemline to make skirt your desired length, just message me at purchase)
** I am listing this skirt as a very slight second quality. The back waist center is slight off center to one side. Doesn't affect the fit of the skirt at all. Price has been adjusted accordingly.**
