These elegant purple beans were homegrown in my family garned without pesticides or chemicals!
The royal burgundy bean forms delightful compact foot high bushes that require no staking at all! Pods are purple all the way though but 'magically' turn green after cooking!
Compared to other beans, the royal burgundy has straighter pods and a more complex flavor. Stems on this plant will be sturdier than that on other beans and will produce a strong erect plant which is able to support a massive load of beans. Seriously... a massive load WILL grow.
Exceptional flavor is amazing when added to salads for a flavor and color pop. My daughter, Natalia, absolutely hates green beans and will only eat this purple kind. She calls them 'Purpies'.
Each hand designed and child decorated packet contains at least 20 organic homegrown seeds! Each seed packet features it's own special image drawn by our residential little artists! We do not use pesticides or chemicals in our garden!
Shipping costs cover the base shipping and the handling- as I go out in my garden and harvest the seeds right before I ship them out!
