The pattern is made for 28 inch wheels, but can easily be adjusted to smaller (or larger) wheels.
In the pattern there is a clue about how to make an opening for the lock of your bike if needed.
Stitches used, are slip stitch, single crochet, double crochet and chain.
Your bike needs to have fenders; then it is easy to attach the skirt guards to your bicycle.
