The name “Lucky squares” came from a friend of mine, who reacted to these paintings like they were a precious finding. She told me that when she was a child, there was a common belief that if you find a square stone it will bring you luck. So I called these tiny art pieces “Lucky squares”. Their size is 2 inches square, (5 cm square), originally painted by me, covered with glossy varnish, signed.
