SKIRT: Gorgeous Custom Tutu Skirt made from Top Quality Soft Tulle found in the USA today. My tutus are sewn very tightly for the ultimate poof. They have a full liner underneath so it WILL NOT STICK to your legs, and there is absolutely NO SEE THRU. This skirt has over 250 yards of tulle.
Elastic Waistband will stretch with your child as they grow. Tutu Length is made to order - in picture it's approximately 30 inches long for a seven year old.
TOP:
Top is done in an gold with a ribbon crisscross tie back with Premium 1 1/2" Satin Ribbon shoulder straps that match in the color of the top.
