The kepi (hat) is hard roundish shape with a blue outer wall and red braid, trim.
Inside the hat is red.
The symbol on the front is red so that stands for the french firefighters.
It is in medium condition.If you look at the hat, it has had a knock to the side. You can see it from the top and inside photos.It is not perfectly oval anymore and on the top it has a bit of a bent.
The black plastic section is also marked(please see photos).
There is some wear to the hat.

I have tried to date this. Other hats I saw which looked the same(colour and trim pattern) was used in the french army in 1950's - 1970's. I have no date on this one so can not be totally sure.
This hat would be great for display, used in theatre, for a costume ball etc.
