Vintage cookbook entitled "The Spice Islands" with recipes for such things as "Hawaiian Bean Pot" and "Beef Short Ribs Mandarin-Style". Copyright 1961. 208 pages. Hardback. The book itself is in excellent condition. The jacket is showing signs of wear. Lovely illustrations on the front and back interior covers as well as throughout the text.
