I just love this boat! An experiment I have been wanting to do for months finally came true. This boat is constructed with all kind of found wood, all from the beach. The blue painted piece is most likely of a real boat, fishersmen boats are here often blue. All pieces are in their original shape as we found them. They are connected to each other by drilling, screws, nails and hot gun glue. The sail is made of a very old piece of embroidery with the very fitting words 'to', the three corners have rivets.
It stands on its own, perfect for on a table, shelf or windowsill.
Measurements are:
13'' (33cm) wide
8 3/4'' (22cm) high
2'' (5cm) deep
This boat is one of a kind, all pieces are of course unique. A perfect gift for any sea and sail lover, men and women. I had alot of fun making it so be sure to check out other pieces to come!
