HOLD- 60s mod fabric yardage 1960s glazed pop art print by Alejandro Stuven for Guardsmen Textile Corp

2-1/4 yards of gorgeous glazed cotton (which I feel is also known as "chintz"). The colors are really bold and beautiful, more punky and dark than Marimekko prints of the same period: pumpkin, mustard, navy, purple, chocolate. This would make for great wall hangings or for pillows or cushions.

Original fabric store tag is still on the piece with the penciled in yardage. That said, it's in like-new vintage condition and has never been used. It's fresh smelling as well, no mustiness or anything like that.

Alejandro Stuven is, I think, a Chilean textile designer. There's not much info to be found on him or his designs, but there should be with fab prints like this out there. If you know any info et me know.
