Tea plate made by Crown Ducal which has a tea shop with a sign Tea - Hovis (which is brown bread)in a warm cream with green trim. Rim has a fluted pie crust edge.
Plate measures 7" round and is in nice condition, there is some crazing as would be expected on a plate of this age (probably 1930's) as well as a couple of teeny tiny chips to the underside of the rim. There are some blemishes to the glaze on the underside but these were in the making.
