I pieced together five different modern cotton prints in red, blue, green, orange, and yellow to make the stimulating front of this play mat. There are four large circles appliquéed onto the front for added interest. The back is made of a darling light and dark brown plaid print. I've quilted it without batting to make it nice and light-weight. It is double top-stitched to withstand all the loving it is sure to receive. This play mat / blanket rolls up really small to fit easily into a diaper bag or purse. I made two of these for my own babies and we are still using them 5 years later - they are very durable and multi-purpose!
Measures 33.5" x 39" (85 cm x 99 cm). All materials have been pre-washed in hypo-allergenic detergent. Machine wash in cold water on gentle cycle and tumble dry on lowest heat setting. Warm iron if needed.
