(Don't have your ears pierced? I can make this with non-pierced earrings, too- see info below.)
The earring is made using enameled copper wire in purple, and bright aluminum wire (the silver color). I twist and cut the wire for the earrings myself, so there are some places in the copper rings where the copper color shows through where it was cut. It isn't very noticeable, though, but this is just a heads up so you know.
At the bottom of the earring are a silver-colored metal flower (rose) bead and two round purple beads. The entire earring is 3 1/4" (8.3 cm) long from top earring ball to the bottom bead, and is 2" (5.1 cm) long from earring post to earring post.
Note: I had a really hard time getting the purples to photograph correctly; they're actually a bit darker than they look in the photos.
