Black cotton duck (water resistant, not waterproof) lined with cotton, closes down the front with sewn-in hook and loop tape. Heavy 1" nylon webbing and hook and loop tape adjust the fit around the knees. Strong ribbed 1" elastic over the top of the boot and around the heel create a snug fit. Dual adjustable boot straps of 1" nylon webbing feature both a plastic slide strap adjustor for medium duty and a hook and loop strip on the interior.
These will adjust to fit from children to adult men and women of average size. The finished size is 17" tall by 18" wide.
I recommend that you purchase a bottle of waterproofing for application before the first use and following each laundering, although depending on your purpose or need you may feel that is not necessary.
Dry clean is the recommended method of laundering duck, but I personally never dry clean anything. Wash in cool water with all of the hook and loop closures fastened and drip dry.
