This was pinned to fit the mannequin.
Condition: Good. There are a couple hand repaired holes and the top half looks like it was replaced by a previous owner. The elastic still has stretch but, it's been stretched out. It might be better cut and tied like a drawstring or to be replaced. It's still very wearable. Please review the pictures.
