This dress is from late 1960's or early 70's. It has shoulder pads which can easily be removed and the dress is off the shoulders. I have looked this dress over carefully and can see no missing sequins, or any break in the threading. Excellent Condition with no tears, stains or odors. Waist 32-33", Bust 35-36" Hips 36" slit in back 6" sleeve (no seam) 38" and length measured from back 31". Looks like it would come mid calf length. My mannequin is a size 8.
