This original hand printed cushion or pillow cover measures 45cm x 45cm or 18" x 18" and has been made with permanent textile inks on beautiful Japanese 100% linen fabric with great body and texture. I have used real autumn leaves found on the ground near my home to monoprint this cushion front. The reverse is The same fabric without printing. In order to protect the front and offer better weight and handling, the cushion/pillow cover front is lined with high quality Japanese cotton calico. This makes the cover easy to use and care for. There is no zip to distort the lines of the cover and the flap opens the whole width, allowing the insert to be fitted easily. There is over 200gm of fabric in this cover. Any standard 45cm/18" insert will fit comfortably inside. For best results, cold wash the cover in quality laundry liquid, line dry and iron hot on reverse.
