The optimist sees the rose and not its thorns; the pessimist stares at the thorns, oblivious to the rose ~ Kahlil Gilbran
The rose charm measures between 1/2" - 5/8" and is shown on a sterling silver chain with a spring ring clasp. Select the necklace length or just the charm at checkout.

I hand cast an antique rose wax seal, from 1880, into eco friendly fine silver (.999 pure and recycled silver) to create the rose wax seal necklace charm. Then I oxidize it to highlight the details.
A rose usually symbolizes love and beauty, but in ancient Rome the phrase "sub rosa" or "under the rose" meant to keep a secret! A wild rose would be placed on the door of a room where secret or confidential matters were discussed.
