This is another piece that I required from the estate of a very sophisticated woman, who had brilliant taste, and ran the John Powers Modeling Agency in Portland Oregon.
The designer Greta Plattry was an American designer in the 1940's and 1950's. Her work was on Par with the likes of other famous designers of her time, such as: Claire McCardell, Tina Lesser, and Joset Walker. She designed many high priced, couture dresses during her career.
