Soft, vintage black velvet jacket! Cropped sleeves, two front decorative pocket flaps, fully lined, no buttons or button holes, meant to be worn open. Excellent condition! Best fits an xs to small. Measures: 13.5" across shoulders, 19.5" sleeve length, 36" bust, 23" in total length.
