Total length of copper is 6 inches long by 1-1.5 inches wide, measured from widest point across the wrist is (2.5 inches (standard cuff size). Metal was left with some give so it is easy to get on and off, but work hardened so it will retain its shape.

Most skin discoloration from jewelry isn't caused by an allergy-it's a reaction between our skin and the metals used in jewelry, especially when the jewelry touches areas that perspire. Some people have body chemistry that's more prone to staining than others. Salt content of the air, humidity, body lotion and many other environmental factors can also play a part.
Renaissance Wax protects the piece with a thin layer of jewelry grade wax, other options include a layer of spray lacquer or liquid enamel (clear nail polish) on the parts of the jewelry that make contact with the skin, done in thin layers to prevent flaking. All coatings will wear down in time depending on usage, but they can easily be reapplied.
