The lockets are plated in antique silver finish. Your locket comes with a 24 inch silver plate ball chain, that can be resized to your desired length. Locket opens to reveal it's secret compartment, where you can tuck pictures of your loved ones, or special little wishes.

SPECIAL NOTE:
These keys are truly vintage, and date from the 1900's through the 1940's and oftentimes reflect the patina of age. As I work with them I can't help but imagine what letters, college papers, newspaper articles - were written with them.

Please note that my camera, with the extreme close ups, pics up tiny flaws that are not visible to the naked eye. I think that any imperfections are simply part of the vintage charm of these necklaces. I hope you agree!
