Griffith’s began production on these sets in 1937 and the labels lead me to believe that this set was one of the earlier productions as in later years the sets had enameled labels.
The lids are in good shape with some showing some signs of wear. No rust and each one opens and closes properly.
Label for Paprika has some damage that was repaired. See photo.
Nine of the ten jars have shakers. I have not removed the spices from the jars. Some remain quite fragrant.
The rack is clean and without obvious flaws.
All in all this is a really fine set and would make a worthy addition to your collection.
