My homage to those distinctive hats popular during the 20s and 30s. The pattern uses only basic crochet stitches - if you can crochet in the round, you can make this hat. I've also included instructions for three sizes of roses.
DIFFICULTY: Beginner to Intermediate
TIME TO FINISH: 2-3 hours
MATERIALS REQUIRED:
*Approximately 150-200 yards of worsted weight yarn
*20 yards of worsted weight yarn for each rose
*Size G crochet hooks (metric size 2.75)
*Tapestry needle (if you plan to add roses)
OR any yarn/hook combination to get a gauge of 9 single crochet stitches to 3 inches
