This necklace is always a favorite. Carefully constructed silver anatomical heart is hand sawed and domed with 14k gold details on the edges and ventricles. The heart is complemented by a handmade 14k key which hides behind the heart when worn, but peeks through the see-through veins. Complete with 14k clasp and catch on oxidized silver chain. Aprox 17.5"
