With just the right amount of creepiness, these deadstock doll faces are a molded canvas with hand painted details of blue eyes, rosy cheeks and dimples. Circa 1930s.

These are new old stock and in unused condition, though they do show storage wear including light stains here and there. Each measures approximately 3 1/4"w by 5"h by 1 1/2"d.
