Be the belle of the ball with this gorgeous wrist corsage!
Part of my new Frivolite Fleur Collection, the design for this started life as a hair clip. It wasn't long before I realised it would look great on your wrist.
Wear it to proms, parties, evening meals, gothic festivals, there are so many possibilites.
I started by creating the tatted flower in high quality dark purple cotton thread. Eighty black seed beads were added to the edge of each layer as I went with one sewn into the centre of the piece.
I then created a bed of ruched black satin ribbon that has been sewn to the base of the flower.
This piece is attached to an elasticated black beaded bracelet that has a plastic pad at the top. I've covered both sides of this pad using black felt which was then sewn to the base of the ruched ribbon.
I used felt as it's soft next to your skin and the beaded bracelet allows you to just slip this corsage on and go!
This piece is roughly 2 3/4 inches (72 mm) in diameter (at its widest point) and just under 3/4 of an inch (15 mm) high. The bracelet part is slightly under 1/2 an inch (11 mm) wide and will fit adult wrists up to a maxiumum of 6 1/2 inches (164 mm)
This wrist corsage comes in its own gift box.
Due to small parts this is not suitable for children below 12.
