oil on gesso'd cardboard, varnished with satin-finish coat.
i tried to capture that flowing fluid shape with this painting and keeping the colors muted except for a few pops of rich saturation here and there.
this painting comes framed in a cherry red frame, with no glass front, so that the painting textures can show through.
