● APPROX. PROOFING AND TIMEFRAME:
Payment is what secures your spot in the production schedule,
there are no exceptions and nothing is printed without your 100% proof approval.
When it's busy, some orders are shipped according to event dates to arrive at least a week
before your event... it's usually busy!
If you have any questions about when your order will arrive please send me a
message PRIOR to purchase and I can confirm an expected delivery date for you!
EVERY PURCHASE INCLUDES A DIGITAL PROOF
Once payment has been received a proof will be sent for review
within 2-3 business days for "off the shelf purchase name changes".
Color customized designs, custom orders, large orders, invitations, etc.,
proofs are sent within 4 business days.
Orders are generally shipped within 3 business days of proof approval.
Please check the shop announcement for any timeline changes, delays,
or during a holiday season.
WHEN CHECKING OUT please put your personalization info, any color changes,
date of your event, and sticker size in the "notes to seller" box. (any missing info
may delay an order, and most orders are time sensitive).
The shipping charges in the listings are for FIRST CLASS
(this saves customers about 50% on shipping charges).
Generally it takes 10 business days from date of purchase
to in your hands delivery with first class shipping.
Larger orders can take up to 14 business days or more, depending on many factors,
including revisions, changes, custom ordering of envelopes, etc.
If you need to "shave off a few days" please send me a message and I can upgrade
your order to priority for a nominal fee.
IF you need your order in LESS than 8 days from date of purchase
please let me know prior so that I can adjust shipping
charges to priority and assess an $8.00 rush fee.
